Practicing presence through yoga, meditation, and sound.
Rooted in Tradition. Guided by Lived Experience.Teacher | Sound Practitioner | Studio Owner
Marisha’s teaching is rooted in years of devoted practice, study, and retreat. Trained in multiple yoga and meditation lineages across India, Thailand, and North America, her offerings are guided by a deep respect for tradition and lived experience. Through sustained meditation and personal inquiry, she has found sound and mantra to be a direct pathway into presence and connection — a practice she now shares as an accessible, grounding, and sacred form of expression.
❋ A Supportive SpaceClasses emphasize safety, inclusivity, and respect. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, with options offered to support different bodies and energy levels.
❋ Intentional StructureEach class follows a thoughtful, balanced structure. Sequences are designed to be sustainable and familiar, supporting long-term practice rather than constant variation.
❋ Clear, Experienced InstructionInstruction is steady, precise, and grounded in traditional lineages. Clear cues support understanding and confidence in both movement and breath.
❋ Mantra & Inner ListeningMantra and subtle sound are offered as tools for steadying the mind and refining attention. Students are guided to listen inwardly and explore the felt experience of vibration and breath.
“Meditation is the invocation of the divinity lying deep within.”
